Adam is phenomenal. He is not only superbly educated about the intricacies of the body and an expert about its musculature, but he is also incredibly intuitive. I never have to tell him about the imbalances (even though Id be happy to have that dialogue); he knows where they lie and immediately works to relieve the stress and knots, liberating the muscles for immense and total relief. I was told by a top spinal surgeon that complex back surgery was my only option, but I feel that my pain is due to a series of muscle knots that have been solidified and compounded over several years. Adam is working with me to alleviate, assuage, and eventually release the very tight muscles. I feel completely confident that I am in the right hands and am very grateful for Adams expertise and professional care.

Let me tell you - OLGA SAVED ME. She helped me feel so much better with just one session and was such a pleasure to spend time with. I ended up coming back to see Marcus, Olga, and Maria multiple times before and after the marathon and theyre all MAGICAL and truly are elite healers.

Marcus is incredible! While I was training for the 2024 NYC Marathon I got a knee injury a month before. I saw him x3 times during the month leading up to the marathon and was pain free on race day. I cant thank Marcus enough!

Okay - 10/10 experience. I am a life long runner training for a marathon and had horrible IT band syndrome. I tried 3 different physical therapists and 2 massage therapists before I found Adam. He is by far the most knowledgeable on all things muscle related and knew exactly how to treat what Ive been dealing with. He spent time getting to understand my injury and is the only person Ive seen who actually knew how to address it. Any athlete that has pain a PT cant solve needs to come here.

I came to Elite Healers with the worst neck and wrist pain Ive ever experienced in my life (caused by weightlifting and overuse). Most injuries Ive had typically healed on their own over time so I tried multiple self-care methods (icing, stretching, theragun, etc) to recover but nothing seemed to work. This went on for ~2 months. But after 3 sessions with Elite Healers, I couldnt believe how much better I felt. It was like I had forgotten what normal felt like. I wont hesitate to come back next time Im dealing with muscle pain.
